The Leadership Council at Saint Joseph Regional School consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, along with representatives from each Middle School grade level.
 
The officer candidates campaign, deliver well-written speeches to their peers, and are then elected by secret ballot in a Middle School-wide election.

Leadership Council sponsored activities include Middle School dances throughout the school year (6th-8th grade), indoor and outdoor movie nights, Halloween activities, Teacher Appreciation Week, team trivia nights, and community service projects. The council also helps to organize Catholic Schools Week activities, which serve as a special annual spirit week for the entire school community. 

The faculty advisors to the Leadership Council are Ms. Foder and Mrs. Bezio.
